Germany is one of the major Russia's partner. Energy takes a significant place in the two countries' cooperation. The Russian-German collaboration in this sphere has been developing during several decades, covering a few dimensions at once, from natural gas and oil supplies to power engineering in Russia, as well as oil production in Germany.
The countries are actively cooperating on the issues of hydrogen energy and energy containment, energy intelligence, smart grid construction for power supply, enhancement of building efficiency. Moreover, they develop programs for energy efficiency support and promotion, and do many other things.
The event will include a discussion of the Russian-German cooperation, a gradual transition to major use of renewable energy sources and their business prospects.
